MELISSA CURTIS-HENDLEY, M.T.D.
With over thirteen years of experience working within continuous improvement roles, Melissa Curtis-Hendley, M.T.D., has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies supporting their training and development goals as well as continuous improvement initiatives. She has diverse experience developing and facilitating training programs with a variety of industries ranging from automotive to distribution, financial institutions, accounting firms, higher education, government, healthcare, light watercraft and yacht manufacturing, poultry processors and defense contractors.
Melissa is also a Special Lecturer at her alma mater, Oakland University, in Rochester, Michigan, where she has specialized for 12 years teaching instructional design and adult learning theory in both the Human Resource Development undergraduate program as well as the Master of Training and Development program.
Melissa received her undergraduate degree in Political Science in 2001 from Oakland University, as well as her Master's of Training and Development in 2005. She has recently been accepted into the doctoral program at Oakland University where she will work towards earning her Doctor of Education- EdD, in Organizational Leadership.
