Experience
As the Director of Instructional Design with a lean consulting firm for nearly twelve years before founding MCH Consulting and Design, Melissa was responsible for designing customized curriculum content and delivery methods for client and public courses, planning and evaluating design, delivery and instructional flow of training and instructional products and conducting needs analysis to identify learning audiences. Melissa designed the Single Point Lesson package as well as the Lean Quad, Mouse Trap and Beer game simulations.
